Dates and facts
The name of ALUP-Kompressoren stands both for tradition and a strong sense of commitment to its customers. The company's success story began in a small mechanical workshop in 1923 in Köngen/Stuttgart.
To begin with it manufactured only air pumps for car tyres, a product which also gave the company its name. ( Auto-Luft-Pumpen). Soon thereafter, the company developed the first mobile and stationary piston compressors.
A start was made with screw compressor technology in 1980 with a full range of 2.2 - 400 kW motor drive output compressors.
Innovations and reliability soon made the name of ALUP synonymous with quality in the compressed air industry.
In 2007 the production business in Köngen and the German sales business were divested. The export business has remained with ALUP-Kompressoren GmbH, which continues to offer its product range and services to all customers outside Germany.
Our company is very flexible and can react fast to individual customer wishes as well as being competent partners in advising and supporting our customers: worldwide, except Germany.
Our products are manufactured according to the state-of-the-art in research and technology and it goes without saying that they comply with ISO 9001.
